Contracted to undertake the UFH and screeding installation into a luxury high end private ‘gated’ housing development last year during 2023. Specification adherence and screed quality was of the upmost importance to the developer.
We were required to seamlessly install the membranes, insulations immediately followed by the UFH install. We would then apply screed to the UFH providing a continuous installation from substrate to top of screed completion.
